Who is responsible

LOCO GANG d.o.o. is the controller of the information collected on this site. Contact: locogangeu@gmail.com. When you submit a band application, your answers are stored securely with our hosting provider Vercel (servers in the EU, Frankfurt), together with the date, the language you used and your approximate location (country and city) derived from your connection. Only the team can see applications. They are deleted one month after submission.

What the application is for

Your contact details, musical experience and recording links are intended for reviewing your band application and contacting you about selection. The form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Music and social platforms

Links to Spotify, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok open external services. The Spotify player and Instagram posts load only after you choose to load them. Those services may then receive technical information about your visit and use cookies under their own privacy notices.

How this site works

The site uses Vercel hosting and locally hosted fonts. Technical information needed to deliver the website is transferred when you visit. Optional analytics are disabled unless you consent. A cookie named “trile-lang” remembers the language you choose.

Meta Pixel and campaign measurement

We use Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) to measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, including showing ads to people who visited this site. The pixel loads only after you select “Allow analytics” in the cookie banner. Meta may then receive information such as the page address, time, browser, device and events such as a submitted application, and may link it to your Meta account if you are signed in. Meta acts as joint controller for this collection; see Meta’s privacy policy. You can withdraw consent at any time by resetting your cookie choice (see below).

Information used

With analytics consent: site usage, referral information and measured events. For a band application: your name, email, phone, location, instruments, musical experience, recording links, availability, equipment and motivation. Application details are used to review your application and contact you about the band.

If you subscribe in the footer, we store your email address, the language you used, your approximate location (country and city from your connection) and the dates you subscribed, confirmed or unsubscribed. We send news only after you confirm your subscription through the link in our email (double opt-in); the legal basis is your consent. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by writing to locogangeu@gmail.com. After you unsubscribe we keep only a record that you unsubscribed, so we never email you again; ask us and we will delete it completely.

Emails

Emails are sent by Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) on our behalf. After a band application you receive a confirmation email, and the team receives a copy of your application. Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information and object to analytics. To reset your cookie choice, remove “trile-cookie-consent-v1” from this site’s browser storage and reload. Send privacy requests to locogangeu@gmail.com.
